Product Review

Palms new mutt

by   thegreatveggie ,   Nov 5, 2001

Pros:  SD Slot, Lots of memory, dual expansion, good speed and sturdy frame

Cons:  price and small screen

The Bottom Line:  I strongly suggest the palm m125 over the Visor NEO becuase of the less costly expandability options, free software and the more professional look as to the NEO's cheap design.

Overall Rating: 5/5 stars

Author's Review

I have recently owned a Visor Deluxe PDA. There were some minor problems with it. Its screen was always getting scratched and the frame got cracked everytime it was dropped. One day I dropped it and the screen cracked in half disabling the bottom half of the screen. I decided to go with palm for my 2nd PDA. I chose the palm m125. The dual expansion option, and sturdy frame make it perfect. It is fast, has 8 megs or ram, palm OS 4.0, and has not cracked anywhere when dropped. The free software makes it even more usefull. It comes with Docs to go which allows you to view your text docs from your pc to your PDA. Avantgo stores any webpage you want and additional ones made for the palm platform like CNN.com.
