Whose bright idea was it to market this thing now??!!

Date of Review:  Apr 17, 2001
The Bottom Line: Too little, too late.
Review: The palm m105 is a recent addition to the Palm Computing handheld line of products. This handheld is geared towards consumers who are either new to the PDA scene or are economically conscious. This handheld is a good idea, but for the price, it is...

A former PDA Virgin tells all and confesses her love for the Palm Pilot M105

Date of Review:  Jun 8, 2001
The Bottom Line: A truly amazing device. You won't know how you lived without it.
Review: I'm never the first person to possess a new technology; in fact, I'm usually one of the last. Since I just started a new position, which involves regular traveling and is closer to the trendy world of marketing, I've noticed that most of my peers...

Trade Down? I Think Not

Date of Review:  May 29, 2001
The Bottom Line: Most replacement products improve on the product they replace; unfortunately the m105 is a step back from the IIIxe it replaces in the Palm lineup.
Review: Usually when a new device is created to replace an older device, it contains all of the functionality of the old device if not more.

A few months ago Palm released the m105 to replace the Palm IIIxe. Sadly, they did not incorporate all of...

Date of Review:  Apr 11, 2001
The Bottom Line: The Palm m105 is an excellent value! Its small, durable, and does a superb job of contact management, calendar keeping, to-do lists, etc. Read your palm m105, it's worth it!

It was my wife's birthday just the other day. She is a student at Oklahoma University and was saying that she needs to be more organized, so i thought i would get her a PDA for her birthday present.

Don't Jump Into Buying The Palm m105

Date of Review:  Jun 16, 2001
The Bottom Line: The palm m105 like many other similar products seem to be placed on the market with to many flaws.
Review: Im currently shopping in the market for a PAD. I have tried several PADs out in recent months from school, friends, etc. I recently purchased the Palm m105 for slightly over 200 dollars. My experience with the Palm m105 was a short lived one.

Palm m105 is great for those who value portability, style

Date of Review:  Apr 6, 2001
The Bottom Line: I recommend the Palm m105 for those who value portability, style, and basic PDA applications like Datebook and ToDo.
Review: I bought the m105 to use as a "lightweight" companion to my Handspring Visor Deluxe and I can safely say that the m105 is superior to the Visor in one way, and one way only: size.

The new m105 comes with 8mb of RAM which is quite an...

I Can't Read The Screen!!!

Date of Review:  Jul 11, 2001
The Bottom Line: good device
Review: M105 is a new version in the Palm series. M105 has a few new improvements. For example, the RAM was increased from 2MB to 8MB. It is able to connect to a mobile phone. It also has a docking cradle. This model has a few new additions. However, it is...

flawed design

Date of Review:  Apr 19, 2001
The Bottom Line: Buy a paper planner, they are more forgiving. A pocket PC may have better memory retention, but they twice the price and the batteries do not last long.
Review: I experienced rather troubling performance with a Palm m100 that is applicable to the m105 as well, this product as well as the other products using the design mentioned below may not be suited for everyone, read on before you buy.

General Info on the Palm m105

Date of Review:  Apr 8, 2001
The Bottom Line: Best features of all the Palm hand helds, yet at a better price compared to the older models. Has all the old features and more. Check it out!
Review: Since the M105 is a replacement model for the Palm IIIxe, obviously, it is made with better functions and features than the Palm IIIxe.

The most significant difference is the shape. The M105 has a rounded bottom which fits nicer on your...
