Palm Tungsten E - What a Deal!

Date of Review:  Dec 20, 2003
The Bottom Line: The Palm Tungsten E has so many great features for such a great price that you should seriously consider buying it!
Review: Lately, Palm Inc. has been developing PDAs for everyone s needs. If you need a camera on your device, get a Palm Zire 71. If you need lots of raw power and Bluetooth connectivity, get a Tungsten T3. The Zire 21, Tungsten C and Tungsten W are also...

Tungsten E the Economy Model

Date of Review:  Oct 24, 2003
The Bottom Line: This handheld should be on your short list is you want features and good expandibility without breaking your budget. No universal connector on the E does hurt it a bit.
Review: Well, I can't review every Palm model out there since I can't afford to buy every model out there... but with the most exciting lineup of Palm PDAs I've seen in the past year in a half in the under $400 range and being a member of the Palm pays back...

The Viable (Affordable) Pocket PC Replacement

Date of Review:  Mar 12, 2006
The Bottom Line: The 320x320 16-bit full-color, TFT screen, small size & light weight, and Outlook conduit make the Tungsten E the affordable Palm to own.
Review: Through the years I have owned two (monochrome) Palm handhelds. Each had it strengths and weaknesses, and ultimately I gave them up and went with the (color) Pocket PC handheld with its color display and compatibility with the Windows XP OS. I found...

The TUNGSTEN E has quickly become an essential part of my life!

Date of Review:  Nov 13, 2004
The Bottom Line: Rated E for everyone!! It is easy to use, and can be expanded to fit many needs. This PDA is loved by my husband, myself, and our kids!
Review: When my husband and I decided to upgrade to color PDA s, we stopped here at Epinions FIRST. We picked out a few models that might be within our price range, and went to do hands on shopping. We ended up at Best Buy, where we were able to look at and...

Palm Tungsten E - Hits The Ball Right Out Of The Ballpark!

Date of Review:  Feb 8, 2004
The Bottom Line: The Palm Tungsten E is simply the best for the price.
Review: The Palm Tungsten E is the low-end model of the Palm Tungsten series PDA's. However, this model clearly demonstrates quality, and not an "economy" quality. The Palm Tungsten E has the performance that you'd expect from an excellent Palm device. It's...

New to Handhelds? What I Wish I Knew Before Buying a Tungsten|E

Date of Review:  Mar 7, 2004
The Bottom Line: If you're new to handhelds, and need a simple contact list and datebook, get the Zire 21. But for more functionality, more memory, and color, invest in the Tungsten|E.
Review: I bought my PalmOne Tungsten|E about a month ago. Of course, before I made my purchase, I read a variety of reviews at Epinions. While they were all useful, most seemed to be directed toward a different reader: one who is already a handheld computer...

Date of Review:  Jan 13, 2004
The Bottom Line: Special needs? New to PDAs? Can?t cope with emailing the kids or grandkids ?cause touch-typing is beyond you? This is a perfect PDA for you, too.
Review: Are you plagued with pain while using your computer?

Are you tired of trying to touch-type and failing miserably?

Tungsten E: Palm's no-frills king of handhelds

Date of Review:  Jan 30, 2004
The Bottom Line: The cheapest of Palm's color-enabled line, this model is a solid handheld that offers everything one requires and none of the extra frills.
Review: In June 2001 I acquired my very first handheld: the Handspring Visor Edge (see my review of it at http://www.epinions.com/content_37165043332) and I realized that PDAs are indeed for me. As soon as it became affordable (if I remember correctly, it...

A Fortunate Marriage of Lasting Value and Quality

Date of Review:  Feb 25, 2007
The Bottom Line: Money spent buying a Palm Tungsten E is money well spent for its economies of scale, and marketability. The Tungsten E enhances your tasks with convenience and aesthetic appeal.
Review: I acknowledge that I'm a late adapter to technology products. I was introduced to Palm efficiencies in an operations course in business school. However, I waited four years before owning my first PDA. When I adapted, I immediately noticed the...

Don't buy heed my advice

Date of Review:  Apr 29, 2004
The Bottom Line: Don't buy, 90 day warranty means red flag this product is junk, it won't last.
Review: Beware! when a company only stands behind a product for 90 days.

This product seemingly has it all; fast, lots of memory, beautiful color, reasonable price, compatible with outlook. It has surprisingly very good sound when playing mp3s...
