Palm Treo 650 Smartphone

I am a Real Estate Broker who bought this phone to use with the GE E-Key Software from Supra to open Electronic Lockboxes. I tried to let it perform it's nightly E-Sync, but it never completed and kept retrying, ending with failure in the morning and a data bill for the month of $200.00 Cingular did remove this charge from my bill. I now sync the Treo 650 via a hard wire to my desktop computer and it works fine. I have canceled my data plan. Cingular has changed my plan 3 times and none of them work with the Treo 650. The sound quality of the phone is awful. I can understand people and they can't hear me. Everyone says that the voice is garbled. More than half of my calls are dropped. Cingular sold me a plain Motorola flip phone for phone use. This phone sounds as good as my home phone. I use it in the same locations as the Treo 650. Customer service at Treo is non existent. I now use the Treo 650 as a PDA and Lockbox key. It is not online or connected to the phone system.
I believe that Palm (TREO) should recall and replace these phones. Cingular has let me try 3 different Treo 650s with bad results for all.
