As Walt Mossberg from the Wall Street Journal is saying, ___The Treo is better than ever! I agree with him also as I experienced the Treo 650 smart phone. This is yet one of the new versions of the Treo line that is meant to bring everything all in one to make life easier. Palm One has brought us a way to call/talk, email, organizer, messaging, internet, Mp3, digital camera and more all in one little device.

My First Impression

I am always a little bit worried about all-in-one products because they seem to break down faster and cost more to fix. However, looking at this smart phone I began to move my thoughts. You can handle all your needs with this phone: speaker phone, speed dial, call history, conference calling, and more.

You have a wide range of software to choose from. Versa Mail - the email system that makes it easy with you IMAP or POP3. You can even view your photos and navigate the web. You can also use the usual Word, Excel, and other Microsoft programs all in the palm of your hand. I mean, what more can you ask, you can do everything with this little handheld!

Many Cool Feature to Spice up your life

Now, ever wondered what to do when waiting in line at the movies, amusement parks, cloth shopping with your mom! Well, now you can spice up those moments listening to a wide range of your favorite MP3s or take fun amusing digital pictures with your Treo 650. You can even share your photos, movies and music clips with your friends as you send an email. I mean, now there is no reason why you should get board your life.

The handy Treo 650 uses the famous Bluetooth technology for your wireless email/internet connectivity. It comes with a standard Bluetooth car kit! Now you can travel anywhere and do everything you want without having to take a cell phone, laptop, palm pilot galore; just pack up you Treo 650 and you can do anything!

Feature: Digital Camera

Well, as I have used the digital camera more I am updating this review about this part. The Digital Camera is a cool feature to help it sell. However the quality is extremely bad, 0.3 megapixels, which means really bad. It has a small zoom of 2x which does not get very much. It captures video, however at the 0.3 megapixels rate so it looks horrible.

It has a built in Intel processor [PXA270], a fast 312 MHz chip to avoid lagging and waiting. It has a 23MB of built-in memory. It can last up to 5 hours of continous talk time and then a two week standby time, who can beat that, its great! Then it only weighs A mere 6.3 oz, it is so small and lightweight that you might loose it in your pocket. It has a nice TFT screen so that you can see from all angles, good for when you have friends around trying to watch and read with you! And to help this great screen out it is matched with a brilliant 16-bit color display that you pictures come out shining. This is not all there is much, much more!

In the End

It is the best all-in-one universal communication device I have seen in the consumer market at a low price of $449. You are not buying it because it takes great pictures or films, you are not buying it because you want to store all of you MP3 on it. But you are buying it because you need to access you email all the time. You need to take notes and have handy all your personal information: address, dates, appointments. All the rest are additional features to make your life fun. Who doesn't want to send pictures to Grandma on her birthday, well you can, and you don't have to wait for the mail to arrive, you can send her the pictures over your phone to her on her birthday! I feel that this universal device will help me kill time when I have some to spare, will store all the information in one device that I need. It will also bring a new meaning to communication! Try one for yourself, you will not be disappointed.
