Overrated capacity
Pros:
Nice color, "switchblade" design prevents lost caps
Cons:
Vastly overrated capacity-I checked it via "get info" on my iMac
The Bottom Line:
Don't buy this model unless you can afford about twenty of them. The actual storage capacity is about 5% of the stated capacity.

Author's Review
I bought this device in order to transfer data between computers (I own 4) . I bought it at Frye's for a good price (it was on sale) and was quite pleased with it for a couple of months.
At first, I really like the convenience, and expected this USB to last longer before it achieved maximum capacity, unlike my previous 1GB Patriot USB.
MY 2 GB PNY Mini Attache became FULL at less than 100 MB. I got a "disk full" warning, then went to "get info" on my iMac. Capacity was listed at 1.94 gigabits, only 96 MB was described as "in use", and I had to delete some files before it would download any more.
DO THESE "PRO" REVIEWERS TEST THESE DEVICES OUT?!!! How can they attach so much importance to esoteric items, like density of plastic, how it fits in the hand, will it attach to a keychain---what matters is DOES IT WORK LIKE IT IS SUPPOSED TO.
My previous 1 GM Patriot also maxed out at less than 10% capacity. I think this is the dirty little secret of many, if not most, USB drives--they grossly overstate their capacity. They get away with it because many people don't know how to use their computer to check drive capacities, etc.
My advice is, whatever USB you buy try to get one with an in-store guarantee and FILL OUR AND SEND IN the product registration card. Keep all your purchase info. When you get the "disk full" message, use your computer to find out the status of the storage capacity and "used" memory. You may be unpleasantly surprised.
