I bought the Over the Shoulder Baby Holder after reading a few opinions on it here. I also always wanted one but never went out and got one. Now I wish I got one sooner, its so wonderful! I love that I can keep Jordan close to me with this sling.
As soon as I got home I put my daughter Jordan in her new sling to see how she would adjust to being in a sling, and not having me holding her all the time. As soon as I put Jordan in she looked up at me and smiled. I walked around the apartment for a while to help her get to sleep; Jordan has been fussy lately because of her cold. Jordan fell right asleep after 5 minutes. Jordan is with me right now as I write, sleeping peacefully in her sling.
Jordan loves it in her sling, it's not to bulky so Jordan can see everything around her. With some slings or carriers there view is blocked, and they cant see what is going on around them. You wear The Over the Shoulder Baby Holder over the shoulder and it goes across your chest. Jordan fits in securely and looks so comfortable; wish I could be in it with her as well.
Jordan loves to be held a lot so it was hard for me to get any house work done, this sling is heaven sent. Now that I can put Jordan in her new sling, I can carry her close to me as I work around the house.
The Over the Shoulder Baby Holder is made of a lightweight, washable, colorful, and durable fabric with many patterns to choose from. I also like that I can put her in different ways. Jordan can face me, she can be on your back, lying down, and can also put them on your hip. It fits just right for you. The sling won't have any sore backs, and it is comfortable to wear. Also as the baby grows you can adjust it by using the rings on it. When they are young you can carry baby up close, and when they get older, and heavier you can adjust it to carry them down lower.
I will be using this a lot to calm her down, and when going for walks to keep her close to me. It is a great bonding tool for you and your child. They say babies like to be close to you so they can hear your heartbeat, it reminds them of being in the womb. With this you can have your baby close while doing chores. I'm so glad I bought this and I know you will be to. I'm defiantly not disappointed in The Over the Shoulder Baby Holder.

It is a great way to keep baby close while you do housework, walking in the park or a mall, also can be used to discretely breast feed in public keeping you and baby comfortable at the same time.
