Osmosis has balls
Pros:
Top-Notch animation, great idea
Cons:
Gets slow at times as well as a little confusing
The Bottom Line:
Great animation but suffers from slow parts and too many concepts slammed into an hour and a half film.

Author's Review
Osmosis Jones came out a while ago and received little attention/acclaim/box offic money. This is a realy shame since I hate it when animated flix that aren't targeted specifically at kids don't do well, which doesn't let other films like that get made.
The idea starts of simple enough, what really goes on inside our body? This gives us a really creative answer. Our bodies run likes cities, copmlete with Mayor's, mob men, news, everything. They all keep our body clean and help us make decisions. Well, this movie focuses on Bill Murray's body.... (no not the outside you perverted people)
Anyway, this movie takes place in live action and in animation. The live action parts contain Bill Murray, Chris Elliot (which by the way, should be cast in EVERY MOVIE IN EXISTENCE), and Molly Shannon. Basically Bill doesn't take very good care of his body and is generally a slob all around he works at a zoo and eats eggs he picks up off the ground and is an all-around guy with no hygene. His sweet little daughter doesn't take well to this, after all her mother died from eating unhealty, which leads me to question why she's so skinny...
So Murray eats an egg of the ground which happens to be inhabited by a big bad germ, and the only guy that can stop it is a white blood cell called Osmosis Jones (played by Chris Rock) and a pill that Bill took. Trust me, it makes sense.
The problem with the movie is that it tries to cram way to many characters, plots, and settings into a relatively short film. The live action parts are only sometimes funny and tries to fit too much story into parts that are only supposed to introduce parts of the animated story. There are too many characters and way to many cool concepts that aren't given enough time on screen. It's like when you eat those s'mores with 3 marshmellows and one graham cracker and it doesn't fit in your mouth... you know?
The animated parts are really top-notch I might add. The mix of hand-drawn and computer effects really bring the world too life, I also will add that there are some slow parts.
