Great clean sound!

Very Poor Quality

Review: Player worked well at first but after a couple of months would occasionally not recognize that a CD was loaded. It would scan all six slots and then would display No Disc. Usually after pushing the eject button a couple of times it would recognize...

You Will Notice The Difference

Review: Older Sony 5 Disk just lost its Random, so I shopped for reviews and specs for Multi-CD disk only. Concluded that Music=Music and DVD is best done ($perWow) with its own machine. Thus the CD390 caught my eye.

Mellifluous, Natural, Clean and Musical Sound

The Bottom Line: Very good sound quality on a wide range of music. Smooth, low-noise operation and CD changer convenience. Well built.

Review: It worked okay for a couple years, then, like other reviewers have stated, it stopped recognizing the discs. I wasn't using it that often, so it's not like it was overburdened.
