Cons:
Not the best lens I've used, and some color issues
The Bottom Line:
Easy to use, and stands up well to rough use (even on a moving motorcycle!), but there are better lenses out there for similar money.

Author's Review
I bought this camera for motorcycle photography. As in, pull it out of the jacket pocket and take snapshots. So I wanted reasonably high megapixel count in a slim camera.
I've taken some really good shots with it, a few that are worth blowing up to 8x10, but overall I'm not very pleased with the picture quality. I get chromatic aberration in high contrast situations (such as an iron grate against a grey sky), and some of the colors aren't very true. Taking pictures of red bikes under a bright blue sky, this camera gives a pinkish hue, while my friend's camera right next to it gets much truer reds.
One other oddity is that this camera decides to use the flash more than any other camera I've ever had. You can easily turn it off, but I can't count the number of time's I've been amazed by the software deciding a flash was necessary in broad daylight. This may be related to the rate at which this camera eats regular AA batteries. Go to rechargeables ASAP.
Let me emphasize that I'm being rather picky here. If you are just taking snapshots and not looking at them very closely, you'd probably be very happy with this camera. But if you are the kind of person who enjoys spending lots of time photoshopping your pictures to perfection, this camera may frustrate you.
