Fairly Suitable as an Analog Recorder

OK at first but then,not as good as we had hoped

The Bottom Line: If you're not letting kids use this it could be OK. We thought it was a bit overpriced considering it didn't last a year without problems

Definitely not for heavy usage

Review: Got the "silver" Olympus Pearlcoder S711 at Target. After using it for two days worth of dictation. It started falling apart with a thudding noise affecting the recording.
