Sturdy recorder for field interviews

The Bottom Line: Don't expect the S713 to be the latest electronic gadget. This is a rugged, inexpensive and reliable dictation machine, which is perfectly suited for conducting interviews in the field.
Review: Looking ahead to a year of being a student and part-time freelance writer, I anticipated a need for being able to record lectures and interviews in an inexpensive and convenient fashion.

Wanna feel like a spy for alot less?

The Bottom Line: Recorder works well, is value priced, and lasts and lasts, no matter what you do to it!!
Review: I bought this dandy little gizmo for my husband's anniversary gift. He works in landscaping and frequently needs to take notes while he works. Since it is small he can stick it in his pocket and I don't have to remove muddy little scraps of paper...
