Does everything I need without problem

Review: I wanted a all-in-one for my business. I have had this unit for 6 months and have not had any problems. I chose this unit because of price and features. I personally have had great luck with HP products and factored that into my decision.

value for money

Review: HP printer is quite cheap and gives decent print quality for the price. Obviously it doens't have the quality of laser but if you don't need it for presentation or business it is more than enough. I've used it almost daily and it still works great...

Review: I will never again buy an HP product - I am a lawyer and my machine gets rather light office use. The envelopes jam up constantly. Customer support is absolutely unhelpful and make suggestions that we have already found in the instructions.

Software Nightmare

Review: I spent over 5 hours with tech trying to work out the software problems. The software doesn't work with IE7. You have to go into Task Mngr and and disable a program, close, minimize and press alt space, etc. I was told HP was working on a patch...

Cannot load software

The Bottom Line: Fix the installation issues ASAP. I love HP, but my faith is waning fast.
Review: My first three HP printers, starting with an HP 895cxi in the late 1990s, were excellent buys and all performed very well. They were work horses and I got every penny's-worth from them.

My third HP printer was an HP Officejet 6210...
