really works!!!

I bought this off Trim Spa's Website and received it in about 12 days. I started by taking one pill when I woke up (around 10:30 AM, I work nights) and then around 4:00 PM. After a week, I have now stepped up to three times a day. I have only been taking it for about a week and haven’t noticed any inched lost, but my appetite has definitely been decreased and my energy has increased. The energy increase has helped me exercise more willingly and be more active. I haven’t noticed the jitters like other reviewers. The pill is smaller than most other diet pills which is a nice changed since most are like horse pills. I have noticed it takes about 6 hours to wear off completely. So don't take it too close to bedtime or else you'll have energy and you won't be able to fall asleep. If you follow, the bottle's recommendations to take your last pill around mid-afternoon most people will be fine. I am so far pleased. I will update with my progress.
