ReflexPlus head is poor quality

The Norelco ReflexPlus is a good everyday shaver, for a while. The head is of such poor quality that it does not last long. After about a year and a half it fell apart in my hand as I tried to clean it. That is the plastic part thant holds the cutting head. I will buy Norelco/Philips shavers again, but not the ReflexPlus.
