Product Review

6590

by   swedecheff ,   Sep 24, 2002

Pros:  Lots of talk time; Smallest phone I have found; GSM; solid construction

Cons:  Talk and End button could be a little bigger.

The Bottom Line:  I love using it. It has a much more solid feel than the Japanese phones taking over the US market. European phones are the way to go.

Overall Rating: 5/5 stars

This phone is a treat to use. It seems as though the European technology may finally have gotten here. Thanks for allowing us to have the good stuff FCC. I believe that they may have finally realized that the rest of the world gets to use the new phones, so we should too. I had the 8860, and I am amazed at how much better the reception is on this one. I am guessing it is the GSM. Make sure you have coverage in your area though, since the technology is still being set up.I love being able to check my E-mail from all my sources, without too much of a hastle. It is also very nice being able to download songs on the spot for ring tones without having to go online and finding them. The FM radio is a blessing when I am commuting between classes at MSU. IT would have been nice to have some memory on the phone, so that I could download some Mp3s. I would still highly recommend this phone to anybody.
