Author's Review
I owned a 2004 Nissan Sentra 1.8S, and it seemed a dependable car. It was good on gas too (Important nowadays with rising gas prices), and even though it had a reletively low horsepower number, it had a nice and even power band. This means that the car responds well, and the horsepower/torque numbers aren't like Honda's, which are peaky.
I had the California edition, which had side airbags, I believe an extra catylic converter, and some other stuff. I'm glad that I picked a safer model, because it may have saved my life. The tire blew out and put my car in a ditch, flipping it at a rather high speed. I had a long list of injuries, but it seems the seatbelt and airbags were enough to keep me from having any serious or long-lasting damage.
The Sentra 1.8S is a cheap car, both in it's initial price, and in gas, and I recommend this product.
