No problems here

Date of Review:  Mar 10, 2005
Review: I bought my 2003 XTerra new from a dealership about a year ago. I currently have 11,000 miles on it and have not had any trouble so far. It has been dependable and relatively comfortable. So far I have been pleased and recommend the SUV to my...

I miss my old car

Date of Review:  Jan 27, 2004
The Bottom Line: I would reccomend looking elswhere. Pay the extra money and get what you want. Its worth it in the end.
Review: I traded in a VW Passat for the 2003 Xterra SE. What a mistake. I moved to northern Vermont and we had two big snow storms two weeks in a row. Each storm dumped about 30 inches of snow. We also had smaller storms with about 8 inches of snow. Each...

The Xterra puts the Sport-Utility back in SUV

Date of Review:  Jul 14, 2004
The Bottom Line: If you're looking for an SUV to use for all those outdoor activities, this is the one for you, no matter what you do outside.
Review: My wife and I have owned this car for a year now and love it. If you're an outdoor, camping, biking, hiking, climbing, nature person, then you will too. The Xterra does everything an SUV should for someone who uses it for things apart from soccer...

An SUV for the purist!

Date of Review:  Oct 9, 2003
The Bottom Line: I recommend this vehicle to anyone wanting a serious SUV that still maintains good comfort on the highway.
Review: I had intended to wait until I had owned this vehicle longer before reviewing it, but I cannot keep quiet about it. I LOVE IT! I was driving a 1995 V6 4Runner with AT and full power package that gave me MANY problems, and finally traded it on this...

An Award Winner.

Date of Review:  Jan 23, 2003
The Bottom Line: I enjoyed taking it for a spin and I would definitely consider buying one in the future. Test drive one also, you will enjoy it.
Review: Nissan Xterra 2003

An Award Winner.

After making its first appearance on the North American market in 2000 and having won many awards for best new SUV the Xterra is going strong.

The Xterra is a very rugged mid-size SUV...

What A Choice For An SUV

Date of Review:  Oct 14, 2003
The Bottom Line: This is by far the most impressive SUV for the dollar. Other SUV's have nicer amenities, but nothing beats the fit and finish of this SUV for the price.
Review: After test driving most of the vehicles in this category, the Xterra has to be the true definition of "SUV". I purchased a 2003 XE 2wd Auto, with most of my favorite options. The supercharged SE was a bit too much for the wallet, so I opted for the...

4 doors with teeth

Date of Review:  Aug 7, 2003
The Bottom Line: Research before buying in this class. If you care about offroad performance/durability with 4 doors, the Xterra is the ONLY choice. If you just want 4 doors, look elsewhere.
Review: I researched a vehicle to fit my lifestyle for quite some time. With the amount of time I spend in the mountains, most of the small SUV's out there are not up to snuff. What distinguished the Xterra from the Honda CR-V, the Toyota RAV4, Jeep Liberty...
