Yes, I would recommend, especially if you have gas money to spend. But, many times I don't mind. It's the best SUV I've driven.

This is a great vehicle in the SUV family. Quite dependable and just plain fun to drive!! The day I loaded a Large capacity washer AND dryer, I knew this was the nicest choice I could have made. I travel all the time and it is excellent on the road. Very nice and stylish, and yet rugged. This baby has been on the road more times than I can count, more hours than I remember, and I would trade it. I didn't even like road trips, until I got my Path!!
It definitely needs better gas mileage on the road. City mileage is horrible. I really think they could have done a much better job with that. I am at the gas pump every 2 days!! I could have a really nice savings account if they had done a better job with the mileage. The highway mileage is is better, not the greatest, but better.
I have 2 boys, both in carseats, and this has really been a joy. My 3 month old is comfortable, and my 3 year old loves the view. It's just an overall good vehicle(minus the gas mileage).
My husband says I am hard on cars, so this is the vehicle he said I had to have. An SUV that I could not beat down, and I tell you, for once in his life, he was oh so right. Thanks honey.
