Bye-bye brakes

Review: Purchased a 2002 Nissan Altima in June of 2002. No complaints for first few years, warranty/servicing fine. Feb. of 2005, advised of major rear brake failure (rust + seizing)... apparently my fault, for having low mileage on car (21000 kilometers)...
