When it came time to dump my lemon of a Monte Carlo (totally different epinion), I wanted something fun to drive but was looking for a vehicle with a higher profile. My husband has a 2000 Frontier Crew Cab, so I already knew a lot about these trucks. I fell in love with the 2001 the moment I sat in it.

What do I love about this truck? Everything! It's plenty roomy (I'm 5'9") and the back seating area is large enough to hold a baby seat. I don't have the super-charged engine, but it has plenty of "go." The steering is very responsive, and I can maneuver into tight spaces. The leather-wrapped steering wheel is a nice, comfortable touch.

My only complaint is the lid to the gas tank...it's a little awkward to remove.
