1997 Nissan Sentra

I bought my Nissan Sentra brand new in '97, without any clues to about its reputation. I was attracted by the price and it was cute.

This car has proven to be a great investment! I have driven back and forth from MD to NJ. I have driven to Louisiana from MD and from there to GA and finally back to NJ. This car has given me very little trouble, so far. I am trying to ride her as far as I can, because I don't want a car note.

Two years ago, I had to replace the distributor and that's it. I haven't even changed the timing chain-which is a controversial subject. This car has never stranded me. No, I don't have automatic windows nor automatic seats, but this baby has made up for it. I also travel 70-80 miles back and forth to work-no trouble. If I get one more mile out of her, I will have gotten my money's worth, and then some.
