It's Done Everything We've Wanted

Date of Review:  Feb 14, 2001
The Bottom Line: It has exceeded our expectations and made getting around a lot easier for me and my family.
Review: We bought a 1997 Nissan Quest, which is their minivan model, in the summer of 1997. We were looking for a van that would be easily accessible for my wife, who is disabled. What we needed, specifically, was a van that had high, firm seats that were...

Nissan Quest Smooth Ride

Date of Review:  Jan 19, 2000
Review: I just recently got out of my Nissan Quest lease because the lease was up. I loved every moment I had the van. It was a a really smooth ride that got GREAT mileage.
It was roomy, child friendly, and one of the safest minivans on the road today...

Never thought I'd drive a minivan

Date of Review:  Jan 14, 2000
Review: I never thought I was the "type" to drive a minivan but when I was pregnant with our second son it quickly became apparent that we were outgrowing our Altima. Considering that we owned two other Nissan's we thought Nissan was a good place to look...

Nissan Quest: If You Gotta Own A Van..

Date of Review:  May 28, 2003
The Bottom Line: A decent mini-van, with style and good power, if you have to or want to own a van.
Review: I vowed I'd never own a mini-van: NEVER. But, when I needed more space to haul around my work equipment and supplies, a van was the only answer.

Most of the minis look like bloated bread boxes on wheels: UG-G-GLY. The Quest has some style...

Never again...

Date of Review:  May 29, 2000
Review: Have been towed 4 times with my leased Nissan Quest 1997, always with the same electrical problem which causes the Van not to start. My Van only has 16.000 Miles!! The first time I had this problem was 4 days after the 3 year warranty expired and...

Reliable, but way too small.

Date of Review:  Feb 28, 2001
The Bottom Line: It is reliable, but tall drivers will be cramped. Body parts break easily. Comes down to reliablity vs. Caravan comfort.
Review: UPDATE Jan 2005: We now have 100,000 miles on our 1997 Nissan Quest, and it has performed flawlessly. No major problems what-so-ever. The only problem we have had are will body hardware (locks, hinges, etc) are starting to fail. Still rides well,...

Always A Review After Ten Years

Date of Review:  May 10, 2008
The Bottom Line: I do not like poorly built cars, because even with proper maintenance let's face it, if it is initially made like Junk it is JUNK!
Review: I figured if a vehicle can last at least ten years on the road it is worth writing a Review On. My Recent Purchase After giving away my previous van was a used 1997 Nissan Quest from Gui-Do...You know those shady Dealers that say we are honest, we...

Back in a Nissan

The Bottom Line: Plenty of space, comfort and value
Review: I recently bought (used) a 1997 Nissan Quest. After a 3 year nightmare with my last vehicle (the review is listed in the Kia section) it is great to be back in a Nissan. This car has a very smooth ride and is quite comfortable. Putting in a lot of...
