87 Nissan Sentra

I bought this car off of my friend for exactly $860.oo. It had been sitting in his driveway for years. It had a little mold on and in it. I would have never thought to buy that car until a) I figured out what my price range was
b) I got my license

Anyway... i bought this car and it had 87,349 miles on it. It is a 5-speed and it is a carb. 1.6L inline 4 cyclinder. I probably get about 30 to 38 miles per gallon. When I bought it, I replaced all the fluids, the windshield blades, and the filters. I have done nothing else to this car other than fill it up a few times and I'm at 102,486 miles. It runs fine and strong.


It can be fast... however... i dont recommend treating it as a sports car. it can go 25 mph in 1st... but it doesnt like it. A light breeze at 55mph will push it around the road. I can pull a four wheel drift around a corner at 30mph in the rain. It feels like driving a pop can.

The 2 things I would suggest to make it a better car... a better cooling system (it gets hot in stop and go) and sticker, wider tires...

Be careful at high speeds and in the rain. I like to rally my sentra... they can really be a blast... NEVER DRIVE AN AUTOMATIC!
