The Bottom Line:

Initially a fun way to start an exercise program for all ages, especially if you start from nothing at all.  Eventually you will need to look for other challenges.

Wii Fit: Nice light workouts, focused on balance control

The Bottom Line: Provides a good range of light exercises and games, mostly focusing on balance. Good supplement to Wii Sports (although boxing stinks in both games).

Helping me fall out of hate with exercise

The Bottom Line: In the UK these are still difficult to get hold of, but well worth it.  An innovative link between home gaming and exercise.
