Pros: More portable design, comfortable to hold
Cons: Need adapter (not included) to use headphones, dust under/in screen
The Bottom Line: Great console, must have. But if you hate seeing spots that don't go away (like dust), avoid until a better model comes out.

Review: When I had learned about the GBA SP, I was stoked. I immediately fell in love with it's design and decided I had to get one before everyone else. I decided that because the GBA design does not have a territorial lockout (like other consoles do,...

Pros: Backlight, lightweight, foldable, built in rechargeable battery
Cons: No car adapter
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I really like the backlight. I bought my Advance two months before I discovered that the SP was coming out. I promptly sold my Advance when SP was released. I love SP. I can play in in the dark on long car rides and still be able to see. I also love...

Pros: Lots and lots of games available
Cons: No headphone jack, still pretty expensive
The Bottom Line: If you dig portable gaming, the GBA SP is the way to go.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: Now that I have written well over a dozen GBA game reviews, I suppose it's about time I review the player itself. Since the release of the new Gameboy DS, I am hoping that the price of the GameBoy Advance player and games will drop some more. You...

Pros: Rechargeable Battery, Sidelit screen, very pocket friendly, huge variety of games, powerful.
Cons: No headphone jack (dongle required), shoulder buttons a bit awkward for large hands.
The Bottom Line: With its powerful game engine, sidelit screen, rechargeable battery and huge catalog of games, it's no suprise that it's nearly impossible to find one in stock. Buy this console.

Review: When the first Gameboy Advance (or GBA for short) came around, my epinion was not very favorable. And with good reason - It wasn't usable in poorly lit circumstances. While the unit itself was comfortable in your hands, it wasn't completely...

Pros: lighting, rechargeable battery built in, foldable screen
Cons: headphone jack not included
The Bottom Line: Get it if the old version made your eyes hurt
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I could never get around to buying a GBA, though I would borrow my sister's every once and a while. The screen would always get scratched up, and there was no lighting built in; combined, these problems with the original GBA would leave my eyes feel...

Pros: Backlight, long hours of rechargeable power, previous GBA gadgets still work.
Cons: Crampy feel for some, back to the GBC feel.
The Bottom Line: Read Review
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: Not too long ago, Nintendo released a system that would revolutionize the way we think of hand-held gaming; but it didn t. 32-bit graphics and a speaker under the thumb with flashy games didn t seem like anything revolutionary, just an inevitable...

Pros: Light, folding design, re-charging, graphics, sound, good games.
Cons: No headphone jack, few buttons, Cart Slot is at the bottom
The Bottom Line: The GBA SP is as close to perfect as the Game Boy will ever get. I recommend it to anyone whos looking to pass time at school, work, or wherever.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: Nintendo has been producing many different variations of the Game Boy, but the Advance SP is truly revolutionary. I have had both the Original "Brick" Game Boy and the Game Boy Color. Both were great at the time, but i always wished that there was a...

Pros: Great game selection. Small. Fun and quite. A must have for Metro.
Cons: Older Tech, but still cutting edge compared to Atari 2600.
The Bottom Line: Great buy for friends, loved ones and yourself if long commutes are part of your daily grind.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: To anyone whom rides the metro / subway, I present to you the solution extraordinary. Now first lets set some ground rules. I am 30 year old male and not the greatest video game tactician. Rather I grew up playing Pac-Man and Space Invaders. Classic...
