Interesting Way to Improve Focus Ability

Flash Focus is similar to Brain Age, but it is for your eyes specifically. You start with going through some exercises to see what your eye age is. Then you can do recommended exercises to improve what it determines you most need. You can also do the exercises by choosing exactly what you want to do. The game does not offer much entertainment at one time, as you can only play each exercise once a day towards your high score, but it can be something fun to do everyday for a little bit. The game also does not have all that much variety in the games to do, so it can get boring and repetitive to even want to play everyday. However, some of the sports ones can be fun to play even without it counting for your high score. In particularly I like the boxing one in which you tap the gloves of the opponent kind of like the boxing training in Wii for aiming punches. The games may sometimes be boring, but they do the job of helping improve focus.

What I find most odd about the game is the eye relaxation part. In this part it tells you to roll your eyes and look different directions. Personally I found it more of a workout for my eyes and they sure did not feel relaxed after it. I still think it is good, just think it has a bad name for it. It should be eye exercise.
