The biggest little camera available

I recently traded up from a Coolpix 995 that I was mostly happy with and I havent been sorry for the change. Once again there are so many features on this camera I will never possibly use them all. I like the addition of sound capture for voice notation and video capture (995 only grabbed video, no sound). My only two complaints are the battery life is shorter than the 995 was (still not bad) and the amount of time it takes to write the images to the card is noticably slower. I have on several occasions turned off the camera only to have it complain that it wasnt finished writing the image to disk. This wouldn't be a problem if I hadn't trained myself to turn the camera off immediately to avoid battery drain, a more patient person would probably never experience this problem. A broad array of accessories are available for this camera as well.
