Pros: Like the D80 but incrementally better in many areas.

Cons: Pricey relative to D80. Is it worth it? Yes!

The Bottom Line: Good camera but strongly consider the cheaper D80 if you can live with a worse LCD screen and somewhat worse ISO and AF performance.
