I wish I read these reviews BEFORE I bought this frame. The system recognizes the USB, but does not allow for the photos to be uploaded. Terrible in screen navigation. Remote did not work so I had to us the buttons on the back of the screen to navigate. Who thought that would be helpful. Gave up and will return to eCost and will buy a decent one from Best Buy where I can test drive it first!
