Nextar M3-02 Car GPS Receiver

I am the same poster as above. i have had the problem yet again, and spent 2 months shipping it to them and getting it back, and once again they forgot the home charger.  No one there speaks well enough english to understand what is really going on. While on the phone with them, it seemed as though they just wanted to give me the run-around until i gave up. I recently checked the nextar site and, not only do they no longer sell the M3-02, they CHARGE for map upgrades!!!! THEY STILLLLLLLLL won't give me my money back! I am going to fight them until they return my money. this is rediculous.
