took my new rangefinder out today and it doesn't work, period. and i can read a manual. called the customer service all day and while the line was always busy they do have a message that will put you in touch with exciting people. i'm going with a chargeback. as to the glowing praise by the other reviewer he is either lucky or a company shill.
