New-Skin Antiseptic Liquid Bandage - Keep the old skin and forget about the new!

Date of Review:  Dec 28, 2004
The Bottom Line: It stinks and didn't work. It was a complete waste of money and time.
Review: I originally purchased the New-Skin Antiseptic Liquid Bandage because of our son. Zacky has Sensory Integration Dysfunction, so he can't tolerate anything on his skin, including band-aids. I thought that the New-Skin Antiseptic Liquid Bandage would...

New-Skin Antiseptic Liquid Bandage --- A good idea gone wrong

Date of Review:  May 20, 2005
The Bottom Line: New-Skin liquid bandage is a good idea in theory, but this product is a long way from perfection.
Review: For people like myself that are always working in an office setting, paper cuts are something that just comes with the job. Those sharp edges just tend to reach out and grab you sometimes, and if they are bad enough I am pulling out the band-aides...

"New-Skin" let me regenerate new skin!

Date of Review:  Mar 20, 2008
The Bottom Line: This product worked effectively for my hard-to-heal, wintertime finger cuts/nicks. After one week of daily applications of New-Skin, my finger was good as new. Read review for more information, provisos.
Review: Prefatory note #1: The above ("Epinions.com") photo evidently shows an "obsolete" (prior) product box. As of early 2008, the product box sports "new-and-improved" artwork (not that mere "carton graphics" make much difference to me; "it's what's...

Avoid like the plague: New Skin, Liquid Bandage

Date of Review:  Nov 25, 2004
The Bottom Line: Not a product I can recommend and not one I will use again.
Review: Why I got it.
I thought that it would be a good addition to my REI first-aid kit. Instead of a bunch of bandages I could just carry one bottle. And I knew that Liquid Band-Aid worked very well so I was hoping this would do the same. The reason...

New Skin For When Your Old Skin Breaks

Date of Review:  Aug 30, 2004
The Bottom Line: Keep a bottle of New Skin handy for those annoying cuts and scrapes on knuckles, elbows, and knees where band-aids fall off.
Review: Here at The Weyr, minor cuts, burns, and abrasions are fairly commonplace.

In the spring and summer we have foaling and breeding season coinciding with gardening season no lack of potential injuries there, take your pick, rope burns,...

Make New Skin, but Keep the Old, One is Silver and the Other Clove

Date of Review:  Sep 21, 2007
The Bottom Line: Skip this and try Nexcare Liquid Bandage instead!
Review: At some point I will accept the fact that I have to actually take care of my feet if I don't want my heels to crack. But evidently I haven't reached that point yet. Because it was inexpensive I decided to try New Skin liquid bandage.

Pass...

New Skin Antiseptic Liquid Bandage - New Way to Heal Wounds!

Date of Review:  Mar 3, 2006
The Bottom Line: I highly recommend to use when it's possible on children and adults. Excellent product and will stay in my medicine cabinet for as long as it's available!
Review: I was in my local Wal*mart one day looking for bandages and came across the New Skin Antiseptic Liquid Bandage. I decided it was exactly what I needed for hard to bandage areas PLUS it had the antiseptic already in. I paid around $4.99 for my bottle...

FAVORABLE FOR LITTLE CUTS, WHEN BAND-AIDS ARE TOO BIG!

Date of Review:  Sep 28, 2006
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this to any one who get small cuts and scrapes, and is frustrated with band-aids.
Review: For me, little cuts happen all the time, every day. I m an artist of many mediums. I sew every day, so(ha, ha) I get a lot of little nicks and slices from my shears and rotary cutter, not to mention pricks from needles and pins. Then I work in the...

Don't waste your money

Date of Review:  Dec 12, 2006
Review: I suffer from tiny painful fingertip cracks during the cold winters. I purchased New Skin Liquid Bandage because it was a couple bucks cheaper than 3M's Nexcare Liquid Bandage, with which I'd had prior great success.

What a mistake. Here's...

New-Skin works for me!

Date of Review:  Feb 7, 2007
Review: It is perfect for papercuts and hangnails, those little annoying but painful little cuts that bother you when typing, writing, etc and you keep re-opening when working with your hands. One application usually lasts the whole work day.
