Neutrogena Home MicroDermabrasion System: Exfoliation at it's Finest!

Date of Review:  Feb 9, 2006
The Bottom Line: This product can improve the appearance of your skin very nicely through exfoliation/dermabrasion.
Review: It is a constant battle with my skin, and I have to do a lot of work to maintain it. I find that I get good results when I exfoliate, so when the Neutrogena Advanced Solutions At Home MicroDermabrasion System came out, I wanted to give it a try. I...

Yeah It Works; For About 4 Hours

Date of Review:  May 25, 2007
The Bottom Line: It does make your skin much softer, however the softness feels as if it's actually just a thin layer of some type of grease.
Review: I was sick and tired of waking up every morning with a new growth on my face. This was primarily the main reason for my $30 purchase of Neutrogena s Advances Solutions At Home MicroDermabrasion System.

I ran into this kit at Costco s, and...

Want a Rotating Sander For Your Face? Try Neutrogena Advanced Solutions At Home Microdermabrasion System

Date of Review:  Jun 6, 2005
The Bottom Line: This system is more of a serious exfoliating system than a true microdermabrasion system but it will soften your skin and exfoliate it well.
Review: I have a sister-in-law who is forty and gorgeous. She's constantly being mistaken for everyone's younger sister rather than older sister. Her secret? Part of it's just living well, but she confided to me once that she's had microdermabrasion...

~~ Neutrogena MicroDermabrasion: Not Worth the Pain and Pimples ~~

Date of Review:  Nov 14, 2005
The Bottom Line: Neutrogena?s At Home MicroDermabrasion System does not deliver in terms of improving skin complexion or rejuvenating skin.
Review: I was skeptical about making such an investment in a microdermabrasion kit for home use. I decided to go with Neutrogena as I have had good luck with Neutrogena products in the past.

The Product
Neutrogena s At Home...

Not quite Ponce DeLeon's Fountain of Youth

Date of Review:  Dec 29, 2006
The Bottom Line: The manufacturer promises a 20% improvement, after all the treatments. I cannot completely agree with this, but it probably depends on the individuals skin.
Review: I'm getting up in years, alright, yes, I'm older, but not dead yet. I've been getting to the point where I cannot find my eyebrows without my 7X magnification mirror and a pair of glasses on.

The first time I looked in this mirror, I...

Smoother & Clearer Skin is on its way

Date of Review:  Sep 25, 2007
The Bottom Line: This is an excellent choice as your exfoliation step, and the mechanical applicator ensures more consistent results.
Review: Neutrogena Advanced Solutions At Home MicroDermabrasion System is Neutrogena's step into the advanced treatments that were previously only available at a Salon, Spa, or Doctor's office.

Specifically, Microdermabrasion is a vigorous...

Date of Review:  Oct 24, 2005
The Bottom Line: Great product for price and you will see results
Review: I bought this product after my many reading in beauty mags about microdermabrasion treatments. I dont have the extra money to visit the dermatologist, or the time, so I was curious as to how this home product would live up. Initially, I thought I...

Good, but not great

Date of Review:  Dec 1, 2006
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this product however it would not be my #1 choice for at home dermabrasion systems.
Review: I recently purchased the Neutrogena Microdermabrasion kit at Ulta in Minneapolis. I paid about $25 with a coupon. I found the instructions easy to follow and used it for the first time the very same day I brought it home. I have always struggled...

I thought this was supposed to improve my skin!

Date of Review:  Apr 17, 2006
The Bottom Line: Not worth trying if you will break out from it.
Review: Although I am in my thirties, I still struggle with acne. In recent years I have discovered that frequent microdermabrasion treatments will keep my skin under control. Unfortunately, these treatments (at $125 a pop) cost too much for my meager...

Quite disappointing

Date of Review:  Mar 20, 2006
The Bottom Line: Try Olay mini peel and microdermabrasion kit instead
Review: I really like Neutrogena products, but I have to say this one just isn't what the commercials claim it is. It may well be that 11 treatments with it are equal to 2 treatments at a dermatologist, but it certainly doesn't feel like it. It made my skin...
