A Guilt Free Purchase

by   maddogdenny ,  Jan 14, 2008
Pros: Half Life 2 and Portal! Great deal.
Cons: Team Fortress 2...meh.
The Bottom Line: Half Life 2 is reason enough, but the two bonus games make this the easiest gaming decision one could make.
Review: Half Life 2 has already been the stuff of legend for some time before the Orange Box came out, but the very mention of it sent shivers up gamers' spines. All of sudden, it was the stuff of legend again. What's the deal here? It's just a game after all. ...

A Great Value (But where is the PC version?)

by   nad_masters ,  Dec 16, 2007
Pros: 3 games for 1 price, Portal is fun, EP2 finally out, TF2 also FINALLY out
Cons: TF2 not as I hoped (I get dizzy when trying to play this fast-paced game)
The Bottom Line: You'll find something you'll like in the box!
Review: Before you ask, I tried to look for the PC version of the game to post my review under, but unfortunately, it is either not listed or I can't find it. Either way, I will post my review here for the time being and will move it over to the PC version when ...

Don't be afraid...

by   ezweezy ,  Dec 8, 2007
Pros: Easy Set up; quick satellite fix; concise easy to follow instructions; BEAUTIFUL
Cons: None..Maybe the ugly external traffic report antenna.
The Bottom Line: You will not be disappointed with the Navigon family of GPS Systems..Highly attractive units look great in any vehicle; and you can not get lost with these in your car.
Review: Don't be afraid to purchase this gps system..The Navigon 5100 is a more than capable gps system but when I purchased it after reading a lot of reviews I noticed a problem with the instructions that should have been caught by the Navigon people before the ...

The Quality/Quantity Level Has Never Been This High

by   briantw ,  Feb 1, 2008
Pros: Five great games for the price of one normal game.
Cons: Dated graphics in some of the titles, TF2 can lag at times.
The Bottom Line: Buy it, caress it, savor it. You won't get a better gaming deal for years, if ever.
Review: **Note that this review was originally written for and published on the GameFAQs website.** The Orange Box is a ridiculously good deal for gamers. I bought the 360 version even though I've already played Half-Life 2 and Episode One on the PC and I ...

The Best Bundle In Gaming History... A Must-Buy!

by   ledzepfan21 ,  Feb 11, 2008
Pros: -The Best FPS on the market

-Best value in gaming history

Cons: -Some of these have already been released on PC
The Bottom Line: A MUST-BUY for a gaming fan. It's one of the best games I've ever come across, and is great value. Buy it!
Review: The Half-Life series has always been the benchmark for first-person shooters (FPS), and you can see why buy purchasing this excellent bundle. In it you receive Half-Life 2, Half-Life 2: Episode One, Half-Life 2: Episode Two, Portal, and Team Fortress 2. ...

Amazing Device

by   eliot_necros ,  Mar 23, 2008
Pros: Flexibility of wearing styles, High quality audio, fast charge times.
Cons: none
Review: I love this bluetooth headset. The audio quality is great with the included headset and is probably better with a high dollar headset. In my brief experience with this headset once it is paired with two devices, switching between the two once you get a ...

Go Ahead. I Dare You to Get Lost!

by   cuculuain ,  Feb 3, 2008
Pros: Light, flat profile, easy to understand interface, loaded with options.
Cons: Initial charging is a hassle. Awkward touch-screen. No stylus.
The Bottom Line: Buy the Navigon 5100 and start enjoying the trip more and looking at the map less!
Review: Next to Rifle Marksmanship, the two most important skills I learned as a young soldier were dismounted, and later, mounted Land Navigation. Indeed, the ability to effectively use a map and compass was stressed so much that everyone in my peer group ...

A Bluetooth Headset I Can Live With.

by   dnhoshor ,  Jun 18, 2008
Pros: The BT3030 pendant provides good stereo with wireless bluetooth.
Cons: The included headsets sound tinny, but are easily replaced.
The Bottom Line: Good reasonable cost solution for bluetooth enabled audio and cell phones. Be prepared to replace the earphones.
Review: The Jabra BT3030 is a bluetooth stereo headset adapter that's easy to like. It looks a lot like military dog tags, but the tag is about a quarter of an inch thick and is rimmed in a black plastic case. Six metal and rubber buttons let you control the ...

Orange Box is Definitely a Keeper

by   gibtde ,  Dec 29, 2007
Pros: Solid Gameplay, Interesting Storylines, Fun Multiplayer
Cons: Team Fortress is only supported over Xbox Live.
The Bottom Line: Buy it, you won't be disappointed.
Review: Generally when a gaming company shifts one of their titles onto a game system, the transformation horribly disfigures the game, rendering it completely devoid of fun. Though, this is not the case for Orange Box for the Xbox 360. Orange Box is actually ...

Good for the Money

by   navywife247 ,  Jul 23, 2008
Pros: automatically updates no fees POI feature and Zagats search
Cons: touch screen hard to use likes to stick to main roads
The Bottom Line: Worth the money. Simple and easy to use.
Review: We received the Navigon 5100 for a Christmas present from my mother-in-law. When we first received it we were not sure if it would be useful or not. We decided to give it a try. I opened and charged it over night (can use a Motorola phone charger to ...
