False Advertising

The Bottom Line: Pass on it unless you borrow it for free.
Review: I agree with other reviewers that this book is false advertising in that it does not in fact tell you any of the cures he keeps running on and on about. It is just a very expensive brochure advertising his pay-to-view website.

50% helpful information, 50% self-promoting crap

The Bottom Line: I don't recommend buying it as most of the information is far-fetched. None of the cures are included in the book--you have to join the website to learn them.
Review: I had never heard of this book. Never saw the informercial, never heard anyone mention it, never read any reviews of it. My mother bought it and read it--and then she passed it along to me. She said that "80% of it is good and 20% of it is out...

The Bottom Line: I recommend this book for two reasons Life & Health. If you want your loved ones to enjoy you, and you them, read this book.

Natural Cures - 572 page Infomercial

Review: I struggled to get past the government, medical, food and pharmaceutical bashing in the hopes of finding useful information. Anything useful is common sense or common knowledge reinforced, e.g., drink 8 oz of water, get 8 hours of sleep.
