This book is a real eye opener. Whatever you may think about this book, it has some really good information. For everyone who expects to see the cure to every health issue, I think thats a highly unrealistic objective from a book.

I prefer to focus on the positive. This book has some fantastic advice for healthy living. Some is obvious such as exercise more, eat better the rest is a bit different. Also whatever you think about drugs, there must be some truth that they are bad because of all the deaths. My advice is ignore the negative reviews, the book currently costs only $15. This material is a real eye opener and if you read it with an open mind your get something out of it.
