Terrible product, service, and support

I purchased these glasses less than a year ago and had problems from the moment I got them home. The extra lenses I received with the Silencers were not made for the Silencer and would not fit. I wanted to use the orange lenses to go cycling one overcast day and that is how I found out. I contacted Native and they treated me like I was trying to steal extra lenses. The lady rudely demanded that I send the useless lenses back to them in a prepaid envelope, which I never received. Within a month the rubber tips were falling off of both arms and I had to buy glue to pour down them. I haven't had a problem since so it is a mystery why they could not do this prior to sending the glasses to the store where I paid $120 for them. The latest tribulation is that both arms broke. I checked out the website to see what I get to do to get them fixed and I was pleasantly surprised to find out all I have to do is send them back and Native will repair them and send them back to me without even a shipping fee. All of this for the low, low, "free" price of $30.00. I can't think of one good thing to say about this company, their service, or their products. Check out Smith, Oakley, Dragon, or anyone else. I couldn't break my dragons and had numerous replacements provided without any problems whatsoever.
