Amazing Game

Soul Calibur III is an amazing game. The new features added such as the Create a Soul and Chronicle of the Sword were just absolutely great. For the first time ever in a Soul Calibur game we are able to create our own characters with hundreds of different pieces of clothing for your character. Each character can have one of 13 different classes to choose from. Soul Calibur III also boasts having over 40 playable characters. Not only does this game have new characters and a great character creation mode, but it also has some new moves added in the fighting system.

The story focuses around a new villain, named Zasalamel, who is obsessed with gaining the power of the evil sword Soul Edge. The story is the same as always, everyone that wants the power of Soul Edge is trying to please the sword to gain it’s power while those who are representing the side of good are trying to stop the sword from coming back into power.

In this game, the fighting system is great, the new characters are well thought out and the Create a Soul mode gives plenty of room to create characters from your favorite games. I myself have even made my teacher during a class party. Many people have created their own cameos for this game such as Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII and other characters from similar games and animes.

Bottom line, the game is great and as it is now on the greatest hits, it is cheap and easy to find. You should deffinatly purchase a copy of this game because it is well worth it for hours of single player time as well as even more fun when a friend is introduced with the V.S. mode.
