Author's Review
I've had this phone for 6 months. The design of this phone is almost exactly what I live (save for the absent volume control switch). Large/clear screen, thin profile, convenient QWERTY keyboard, and Windows Mobile.
Unfortunately, this model seems to be of poor quality. My phone used to lock up constantly until I installed an update (one that my local Sprint store would not do for me, nor would they give me a new phone even though I have the service plan - I found it myself on the Internet). The paint on my "Ok" button is starting to flake, also. My wife has the same phone and she's had many problems. Originally, hers kept locking up, so they gave her a new phone. The new one had an issue where the backlit screen wouldn't shut off, draining the batter substantially. So today, she's gotten her 3rd one (in 6 months).
I wouldn't buy this phone without the overpriced service plan. For my next phone, I'd like to find something similar in design (with Windows Mobile), but perhaps from a different manufacturer.
