Avoid It!!

Surprised to see, though there are only a few, positive reviews on this phone. The first one worked about 3 months. After which, the answer button would not work so you could not answer calls. Then, the button to shift between upper and lower case stopped working as well as the "z" key. Warranty center is horrible, they won't refund the money or even send a new phone, instead you have to accept a "refurbished" phone. They sent that one out, and that was broke as well. The screen on the refurb kept flickering on and off to the point you could not even see what you were dialing. Again, no refund, no new phone, just another refurb which is one it's way to me. Paid $600 for this poorly built and hard to use phone. Directions are poor and I've yet to figure out how to review call history. This phone is not worth the bucks, very cheap cell phone.
