The Razr2 NEVER gets dull
Date of Review: Jul 9, 2009
The Bottom Line: The Razr2 is not only durable, but it also is stylish. I would recommend this phone for teenagers or young adults who are clumsy like me.
The Razr2 v9 is the follow-up to the successful v3 Razr by Motorola. I got this phone as a Christmas present. I chose this phone because it was shiny and looked like it could survive a life with me. I have had to replace it once, due to water damage, but my replacement has yet to have any problems with water damage. This phone has been an improvement from my v3. It has survived multiple drops, even one from the top of the bleachers at a school basketball game. Although it lacks the longer battery power of its predecessor, it makes up for it with its sleek look, durability, and added touch screen. This phone has a few glitches, but has many more positive characteristics. The partial touch screen allows you to play music, take pictures, and use the voice dial feature without opening the phone. The battery and phone's back are both very easy to remove. A main problem i have encountered with this phone is its poor battery life. The battery will not last 24 hours before needing to be charged, which may or may not be important to you. Another problem is the battery port, which loses its durability over time, at which point you will have to insert the charger a certain way for the phone to charge.
