I subscribe to Mother Earth News and I love it. This is one magazine that I save and refer to over and over again. If you need gardening tips, you will find them, and much more. Want to build your own greenhouse? In one issue, there were several different styles of greenhouses to choose from, with the plans to build it yourself. Or, you can choose from their advertisers and buy a kit. Are you interested in solar power or maybe hydropower? There are many informative articles on these subjects. I enjoy reading the "Ask Mother" column. A reader can write in and ask a question about many different subjects and Mother will try to answer it. Mother Earth News also has a website, www.motherearthnews.com. At the website, you can read archived articles. I enjoy this magazine because sometimes the old ways are the better ways. I don't like pesticides on my food. Mother Earth News has shown me how to plant my gardens and take care of them, all naturally. I have also read about the benefits of composting, worm farming, all-weather crops, etc. If you like doing things yourself and working with your hands, I believe you will like this magazine. There are so many ideas to choose from. There are approximately 95-110 pages per issue. It is well laid out, with easy to find articles. I don't have to hunt for the articles I want to read right away. It's a keeper!
