My best soft sport car for the price!

I have Eclipse 2006 and when I was shopping... Toyota Celica or Mazda RX-8 or Ford Mustang or Nissan 350Z or Acura RSX or Cadillac CTS-V or Honda "smoking motor" Accord or Volks... ?

First of all, what is my gate price? Now, I have a choice between 4 or 6 cars cause I want 200Hp minimum.
The "look of the car"! Eclipse, RX-8 and 350Z. Nobody can talk! It's MY choice.

I'm living in north of Canada... and I want use my car in winter season; Rx-8 motor at -35 Celcius???? Power on rear wheels in 9 inches of snow???? Forget it!

Good car and good value? Honda Accord! But I very don't love the line and look of this car.

My first contact with Mitsubishi Eclipse-GT 2006:
1- Wow! Real view of this car is very different than any pictures.
2- The seats... very very good comfort.
3- Good views all around the car except in back corners... like in every sport cars.
4- What is between me and windshield is Ok! Not too heavy. What I need is there and it's enough. The access to all controls is very easy.
5- Turn on the starter. Ouf... the sound! Great, funny, sport and not aggressive.
6- The clutch is smoothy and it's very funny to play with the six speeds transmission stick.
7- Speed 2 and little kick on gas... My God! From where come this torque at 2000 rpm. Very very funny. It's not necessary to push rpm around 5000 to give feeling that you have a motor! YOU HAVE A MOTOR. But keep 2 hands on direction if the road is bad
8- At higher speed... I don't need this lot of HP! I'm living in a little town and this town is not in the center of the Indiannapolis Speedway. In the traffic, I can get out rapidly at any Rpm! It will not be necessary to shift 2 speeds down. IT'S VERY ENOUGH FOR MY DAILY NECESSITIES.
9- At normal speed on highway (120Km) motor make beautiful music at 2200 rpm.
10- Suspension is not too hard and not too smooth (for me cause I don't love "Extreme suspension"). If a sporty rider... change the suspension for a lower kit, increase the diameter of wheels and put good and thin tyres... He will have a low cost F1!
11- Problem... It's hard to stay at low speed on highway and pretty zig zag roads.
12- Enough space in truck for my wife and me. Move down passenger and back seats and I can stop at "Home Depot" for some long pieces of wood!

Anybody can tell anything... The ultimate best car doesn't exist and over all, I don't buy a car for use on track or drive at 100 mph on main street. What I need IS IN THIS CAR! That's all!

When I hear a "road tester" tell "Eclipse-GT 2006... torque effect in direction is very too heavy" I'm thinking "remove your feet if can't keep the car on the road"..."Buy a Smart with few torque and HP"..."Is the only thing you can do (pedal on and off)?" Hihhi!

Anyway! Very good car at good price. Good fuel economy (for V6 with 260 Hp and a lot of torque). Very comfort ride. Very good sound system. Rigid frame. No bizarre sounds on bad roads. It's not perfection but a very good construction quality compare to a lot of cars... except the sound proof of truck and/or finishing back panels; you hear the noise of back tires and also water splashing in rainy days.

If you make choices like I do and have the sames... you will have a little smile each time you'll ride in this car.
