Pros: Text-to-speech, small size, customer service.

Cons: doesn't catch GPS signal most of the time, so no use of other features

Pros: only GPS with text-to-speech at this price range. Small and compact. Customer service helpful, but useless!

Cons: doesn't catch GPS signal most of the time, even after resetting the GPS as customer service rep recommended. Actually doesn't work about 70% of the time. No use for other features if GPS signal is not available! Also, user interface is quite confusing, and I am a software professional.

I am returning mine.
