Pros: Looks great, excellent instructions, easy installation, ingenious blade-retention mechanism, reasonable price.
Cons: No manual controls; if remote dies, so does fan. But then, any remote fan would!
The Bottom Line: Great fan, well-designed, stylish and affordable. Buy it!

Pros: QUIET. Can change air direction, Wonderful air circulation on all settings.
Cons: Other than it using a halogen bulb, there are no cons.
The Bottom Line: Minka Concept 2 recommended for a nicely designed quiet fan at a reasonable price for all it's options.
