Good looking but not practical

Bought the Miele G2470 sight unseen because it was the only dishwasher that sat high enough to work with our new cabinets.  Trusted the kitchen designer who used to sell Miele.  Looks great with the cabinetry (it's completely hidden), but I'm not keen on the layout of the interior.  It's next to impossible to wash bowls, unless you jam them into the too-narrow spaces meant for plates.  Also, the separate silverware tray is inconvenient.  Each piece of silverware has to be inserted into its own slot.
