A Major Hassle

Pros: Very quiet. Great cleaning once it was up and running.

Cons: Major hassle getting a defective-on-arrival unit up and working.

The Bottom Line: In four weeks this expensive Miele has caused me more headaches than I had in 15 years with an inexpensive KitchenAid. Avoid it.
