Very useful and inexpensive

The Bottom Line: Local severe weather warnings for $30? It's an absolute bargain, kids!
Review: I do love my Dish Network setup, but there is a major problem with having a satellite system -- the thing is just plain unreliable when it comes to severe whether. Here in scenic central Arkansas, tornadoes and severe thunderstorms are fairly common...

Everyone Should Have One

The Bottom Line: Better safe than sorry, even why you sleep.  These radios are a must have for every home.
Review: "Better Safe than Sorry".  That's the way you should feel when this radio goes off for the 3rd time at 3 am for storms in and around your area.  At least that's the way I feel.  Since having children of my own, I've been more inclined to pay...

Does EXACTLY what it is DESIGNED to!

The Bottom Line: If you are worried about severe weather, this is exactly what you need.
Review: Generally speaking, this is a great product. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. Like the previous reviewer, I live in Arkansas, which is prone to severe weather.

Review: This radio was very reliable and inexpensive, I paid less than $30 dollars for it.  I live in Oklahoma City, Ground Zero for Tornadoes, and this radio has never failed me.
