Company Follows Through Finally

I bought my scanner through a wholesaler and the scanner gave out in less than a month I contacted the company since the wholesaler no longer carried the product. After about three to four weeks I had a new scanner but with a different problem. I Contacted the manufacturer yet again and received a scanner that has been fine ever since. Customer service is moderate to low. Make sure to keep track of contact persons name and id# as I was promised that I would not have to pay for shipping by one person then told by a manager that I would need to pay for shipping. Luckily I had name and ID# of the person I spoke with as well as an e-mail stating the shipping would be covered by the company. This scanner may not be good for the novices as it requires some scanning knowledge and the book is not all that helpful.
